Terms of Service
1. General
1.1. These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Mrs Brown & Maths (the “Provider” or “We”) and the individual booking tutoring services (the “Client”).
1.2. Services include online tutoring, iGCSE/GCSE preparation, additional consultations, and educational resources.
1.3. By making a payment or confirming a booking, the Client agrees to these Terms.
2. Services
2.1. Tutoring services are provided online via an agreed platform (Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp, etc.).
2.2. The Provider will deliver services professionally and to the best of their expertise.
2.3. The Client is responsible for ensuring access to a device and a stable internet connection for participation.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. Prices are listed on the website and must be paid in advance of the session(s).
3.2. Payment can be made via available methods (bank transfer, PayPal, card, etc.).
3.3. Session dates and times are confirmed after payment is received.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1. Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by notifying the Provider at least 24 hours in advance.
4.2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered at the Provider’s discretion.
4.3. The Provider may cancel a session due to illness, technical issues, or other valid reasons, offering either a rescheduled session or a refund for that session.
💰 Refund Policy
5. General
5.1. All payments are considered final, except as stated in this section.
5.2. Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
• Technical issues preventing access to booked sessions caused by the Provider.
• Payment errors (e.g., double payment, incorrect amount).
• Other exceptional situations recognized by the Provider.
6. Refund Process
6.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to:

6.2. Requests must include: full name, payment date, payment method, reason for refund, and refund details.
6.3. Refunds may be requested within 7 business days of payment if the session has not started and access has not been provided.
6.4. If the session has started or materials have been accessed, refunds are generally not provided unless there was a technical issue on the Provider’s side.
6.5. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
7.1. Refunds are not provided for:
• Change of mind by the Client;
• Sessions that have already started or materials already accessed;
• Failure to give proper notice of cancellation.

8. Intellectual Property
All educational materials provided are the property of the Provider and are protected by copyright. Copying, sharing, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
9. Personal Data
The Provider may use personal data only for service delivery purposes and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
